Return and Refund Policy
Thanks for using the services of Transnet Consulting.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 3  calendar days to resend on the  signed contract for services to be rendered from the date you signed it.
To be eligible for a return, your request to terminate your contract must be in writing to be qualified for 1/2 the initiation fee.
Your refund will be drawn upon a bank check and returned via usps mail to the contract address.
Any created materials will become the property of Transnet consulting and all pictures and submitted logos will be delivered electronically back to the client
Refunds
Once we receive your termination request. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund and send you a electronic packet of all submitted material if any.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if necessary.

How To Terminate Your contract.
Submit a request to terminate contract in writing to Transnet2016@yahoo.com and calling 336-965-7186 to make notification.
Once approved a response will be generated with all submitted materials returned.
A check for 1/2 the Initiation fee will be drawn and mailed to the contract address for the client.
